Seriously super cute story, with a fabulous meet-cute: police officer Charming gets kicked by a horse, ridden by a prince and the prince believes in love at first sight. The prince, Jeff, is an adorable character, sweet and nurturing, but I really love that he's no pushover, and puts his foot down when Chad acts like an idiot. Chad considers himself the typical alpha-male and at first he's got a problem with Jeff being the one doing the pursuing. But he slowly realizes that Jeff means more to him than he wants to admit, and I loved seeing his transformation. I missed one thing: I really would have wanted an explanation to Chad's attitude towards love and why he felt the way he did, it would have made the book even better. But the lack of an explanation wasn't enough to detract from the adorable story. And really, Jeff is a fabulous, fabulous character!! :-)
