Sometimes fate has plans for us that we don't understand at all once they start to happen. That is kindof where Auden and Porter find themselves. A years old family feud, the full details kept from Auden, has left the men strangers until one Christmas where chance has other ideas. There is some insta-love or more accurately, insta-connection, that draws the two together and as the title suggests, over four Christmases we watch their journey unfold, grow, and strengthen.

Sometimes, short stories can lack substance or what I like to call "Oooomph!" but not her books and especially not Four Christmases. A tale about forgiveness, family, friendship, and love. All the characters, main, secondary, and "pop-in" make this an extra special read that will leave a smile on your face and hope in your heart, even the ones you want to whack with a frying pan to the head(trust me there are a couple
