Sing to Me
I have never wanted to read a story about an opera singer before but Ms. Barrett made it so good! This sweet tale is all about Marie and her dreams to be a star in an opera. Her co-star is Jackie, a woman she has been crushing on for a long time. I loved the struggles Marie went through. They made her character loveable and delightful. The opera descriptions are so in depth and informative, who knew it could be so interesting? I really liked this book and I am so glad I took a chance on it!!
