Laughter from the doorway caught his attention and he glanced over as a group of men entered the bar. Sunlight from the large windows caught in the flame of red hair on a man dressed in a tight T-shirt and sassy pink shorts. Lance’s pulse sped up. Chris was always fun to fuck.

Catching his gaze, Chris waved, a smile spreading on his attractive face as he made his way over to them. “Hi, princess,” he said, putting a hand dangerously high on Lance’s thigh. He leaned in to give him a lingering kiss then eased back, quirking an eyebrow.

Lance had trouble hiding his dismay. At any other time he would’ve let Chris lead him into one of the stalls in the men’s room. But today there was nothing but a tiny fluttering in his stomach, not the flash of excitement and lust that usually seized him at such a blatant offer. Trey saved him from an awkward refusal. “We’re grabbing a drink before heading to the club. Join us?”

Chris seemed surprised, then shook his head. “I’m with friends, but next time.” He studied Lance’s face, clearly puzzled, and gave him another kiss. Lance turned his head so Chris’s lips grazed the corner of his mouth. “Call me later?” Chris pleaded.

“Sure,” Lance promised, unable to say no to the wistful look on his face.

Trey nudged his foot against Lance’s ankle when Chris left them. “You’re so not calling him tonight.”

“I know! But I didn’t know what to say.”

“You could tell him you’re not interested.”

Lance nodded, staring into his half empty glass. Why wasn’t he interested? He flicked a look across the room at another burst of laughter. Several of the men gathered at the bar had their gaze on him, hungry and appreciative. He straightened, unconsciously thrusting out his tits, and hot blood stung his face when Trey snickered.

“Don’t tease the boys, honey,” Trey drawled. “Save that for tonight. Come on, let’s get out of here.”

Lance downed his drink and followed Trey, unable to resist stopping at the boisterous group at the bar. Chris gave him a dazzling smile and put a hand on the small of his back, his eyes fixed on a pale nipple peeking through mesh. He licked his lips and met Lance’s gaze. “Tonight?” he pleaded, voice thick with desire.

Trey reached back and took his hand, tugging Lance toward the door. He threw a wink over his shoulder and swayed his hips, loving the groans and cat calls behind him. Sunlight dazzled his eyes as he stepped onto the sidewalk and he raised his face to enjoy the warmth. Summer was coming. Ashton only took a few classes in summertime. Maybe they could have some fun this year.

Trey took his arm as they walked the few blocks to the club, and Lance glanced at him when he chuckled. “Chris calls you princess?”

Lance giggled. “Yeah. Has to do with a plastic crown and sparkly dress.” And a golden dildo. But he kept that detail to himself.
