Enzo refused to let me walk back to the cabin. It didn’t matter how much I protested, he was having none of it. By the time that we finally set off again he'd thrown me over his muscular shoulder like I weighed little more than a feather.

“You know, you have an amazing ass,” Enzo chuckled and I could feel his eyes on my buttocks where they bounced beside his face. I trembled when I felt his free hand reach up and stroke over my backside.

It was then that we broke the treeline and I gasped as a rush of cold air and flurries of snow began to whip at my face. The close knit trees had formed a protective barrier from the storm but the moment we left them we were completely open to the elements.

Enzo began to struggle to walk through snow drifts that were almost to his knee and I couldn’t help but feel guilty about the fact my added weight obviously wasn’t helping.

“You can put me down now.” I told him but I wasn’t at all sure I'd have much luck walking through such thick snow.

“Nonsense.” He tapped my buttocks again. “I've carried you this far. Besides, I'm enjoying the view.”

“Some women would take offense to that and say you prefer my ass to my face.” I pointed out and he chuckled all over again.

“Ava, you are beautiful.” He spoke just as he reached the top step of the porch and finally placed me on my feet. “If I look at you too long I get the urge to do this.”

Then just like that he was kissing me again. My heart hammered in my chest like the beating of heavy wings and he stole the breath from my lungs.

His lips placed just the right amount of pressure on my own and this time it was his tongue that invaded my mouth. I welcomed him in with evermore desire and pressed my breasts against his rock hard, muscular torso.

When his arms wrapped around me I knew that there would never be another sensation like it.

That's when Hero barked and my head snapped around as the front door to the cabin was pulled open.

Freddie appeared outlined against the soft light behind him and I struggled to see his face until he stepped out under the dim porch light.
